What’s Covered

Replacement Warranty
If your ActaTech device develops a defect in materials or workmanship within two (2) years from the date of purchase, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Free Shipping
We take care of all shipping expenses related to warranty claims, including returning the defective item and delivering your replacement.

What’s Not Covered

Accidental or Misuse Damage
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by drops, improper handling, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Normal Wear and Tear
Routine wear resulting from regular usage over time is not covered.

External Causes
Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, environmental conditions, or natural disasters is excluded from this warranty.
